The agreement for using Digizine Kids
Acceptance
These Terms govern use of Digizine Kids. By creating a parent account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or allowing a child profile to use Digizine Kids, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any child profile you create. Digizine Kids is operated by Edukle LLC (“Edukle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms form an agreement between you and Edukle LLC governing your use of Digizine Kids.
Parent responsibility
• Parents must provide accurate account information and supervise child use as appropriate. • Parents are responsible for purchases they approve through the parent account. • Children may not create accounts, buy or spend credits, make purchases, upload public content, or contact creators directly.
Purchases by children
Children cannot make purchases. If a purchase is made from your account without your approval, contact us and we will refund it under the Credits, Payments & Refunds Policy.
License to use Digizine Kids
Digizine Kids grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Digizine Kids content for personal family reading and learning. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or publicly display Digizine Kids or Creator Reads content without permission.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Credits may be used by a parent to unlock approved add-on content. Prices, included features, and credit requirements are shown before purchase or unlock. Details are in the Credits, Payments & Refunds Policy.
Content ownership
Digizine Kids content is owned by Digizine Kids or its licensors. Creator Reads content is owned by the applicable creator or rights holder and licensed to Digizine Kids for display inside the service.
Prohibited conduct
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, parental gates, or security systems. • Do not copy, upload, or distribute content without rights. • Do not use Digizine Kids to collect information from children. • Do not interfere with the service, run bots, scrape content, or manipulate read events.
Disclaimers
Digizine Kids provides educational and entertainment content. It is not a substitute for school curriculum, medical advice, professional advice, or emergency services. Experiments and activities should be performed only with appropriate adult supervision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digizine Kids is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We will give notice before material changes take effect and explain how to cancel if you disagree.
Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any dispute or concern via email. If we are unable to resolve the matter, either party may pursue any remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
